Capitec Bank
Lack of responsibility

I have paid up the loan I took form Capitec Bank in August 2013 already. However, they are refusing to update my records on the Credit Bureaus in terms of indicating that I no longer owe them any monies. On enquiring with them they said they have written to the Credit Bureaus to amend my profile accordingly but the Credit Bureaus are advising that they never received any such instruction from Capitec Bank. Several emails were sent to them to provide evidence of their instruction with no luck. Can somebody tell me what is going on here. My life is on hold here because of Capitec Bank's lack of responsibility
