For the first time since I Joined Miway insurance in almost 4 years, this was the first time I encountered such horrible service from a guy called Charles in the claims department.

This man made asked to put me on hold while he is checking my policy, I was on hold for almost 30 minutes straight listening to the music on hold until the line was cut off! My airtime was waisted for nothing!

Unfortunately people like Charles do things their way and messing the good service I'm used to getting at midway.

I hope Miway does something about this man.
