Unbelievable!

Called the miway call centre to cancel my vehicle insurance policy with them coz i'm unhappy with the way they handled my claim a few months back. Spoke to a certain lady who asked me to hold whilst she is transferring me to the relevant department. Had to hold for about five minutes only to be told that everyone in that particular dept was busy and i should expect a call from them within 48hrs. As far as i'm concerned, this is utter hogwash, why is it so difficult to cancel a policy that i'm paying for with my hard earned money, definitely this would not be the case if i was a prospective client. Insurance is just a legal way of conning people..
