Phone MiWay as was put on hold for 20min

I phone Miway this morning to cancel my policy. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, they hang up. I expected to at least get a call back from them since I wasted my money to phone them the first time around. I do believe they do it on purpose, to make it harder for people to cancel their policies.
