Pathetic customer service

I visited an African bank branch in empangeni Sanlam centre to apply for a personal loan and I was assisted by the lady called GUGU... the date was the 27th of July and she told me it was going to take at least one day for them to confirm employment... I waited until the 30th and there was no response from them until I had to call them myself and she gave me bad attitude and told me to wait 3 more days and on the 3rd of August I called her again to ask her what seem to be the problem and she told me her head office couldn't see my pays lip clearly and I'm suppose to bring her an original pays lip again and when I told her that I have left the province she told me then there's nothing she can do then... shes got a bad stinking attitude and I don't need anything from her and from African bank ever... my name is Mr pn Mthethwa
