I went to the bank to change my banking details, Upon arrival Queen the branch manager helped me immediately and was very friendly. She Changed my details with no fuss and also told me about the Savings & Investment plan, the Funeral plan, the Platinum Credit card, and gave me information on the Fixed prime Loan. She was friendly the whole time and saved me allot of time. This was the best client service I've seen in a long time. Thank you so much for helping me so fast, She really went the extra mile to make me happy.
