Oneplan Health Insurance
Totally pathetic!

I have only had trouble with One Plan from day one. Nobody EVER phones you back with feedback, but promises that they will phone back. I was going to close my bank account and left just enough money to pay me debit order. Unfortunately I left one Rand short and my debit order bounced. I found out two days later and paid the cash into their account. They acknowledged the amount received. Then they sent me an sms to say my policy has been suspended. 2 Days later they sent me an sms again to say my policy number XXXX is now active again. Then, two days later another sms to say my policy is suspended due to late payment. There is not enough space here to recall all the trouble I have had with this company.
