Waste of Time!!

I received an SMS from Standard Bank asking where to send my new card and responded with Fourways Crossing. I then received a call saying it was ready at Bryanston. I told them that I had requested it to be sent to Fourways Crossing and was told that it would then be sent there. I then called in to ask if the card was ready at Fourways Crossing and was told that it was. I went to Fourways to collect it this morning, after waiting in the queue I am told that it is not at the branch and is still in Bryanston. This is an unacceptable waste of time!!! I constantly have problems with this bank its a complete stress to go into the branch to do any banking whatsoever! Why do you not offer to deliver the card??? Why do I have to be inconvenienced now and have to go back??? I am seriously considering moving over to FNB!!!
