STD BANK TRANSFERRED MY MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION

My brother sent me R4000 from his standard bank account to a standard bank account i specially opened to receive this money from him to urgently pay a bill for him while he is overseas. i just got a statement from the atm and i see that R2000 is missing - a transfer made by fourways crossing branch without consulting me.

THIS IS NOT MY MONEY!!! SO WHY THE DID YOU TAKE IT AND WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO DO SO? THE MONEY NEEDS TO BE TRANSFERRED BACK IMMEDIATELY!!
