WORST SERVICE EVER - PRESTIGE BANKING!!!

I probably received the worst service of my life from Standard Bank Fourways Crossing!!! In July 2012 Standard Bank deducted my car finance payment twice and had to reimburse me. Instead of reimbursing me once, they reimbursed me twice. Neither Standard Bank, nor myself noticed this. Exactly one year later I receive a phone call from an attorney to say that I've been handed over by Standard Bank, for the alledged "double reimbursement". Not once was I contacted by Standard Bank to resolve the matter, I was simply "handed over".

But to top it all I received the following email from Nikki Petersen, Branch Manager at Fourways Crossing...

"It was only after the investigation that Kokise conducted himself that we actually got a full understanding of what was happening around the outstanding amount and had it been initially advised to you that the debit order had been refunded twice, all the unnecessary inconvenience and frustration around emails could have been avoided.

We have ultimately learnt from this experience which is unfortunately at your expense! "

So, only my pleasure Standard Bank! Glad I could fund your little learning experience!!!
