What a waste of my time

So I received an sms yesterday stating that my card was ready for collection at Fourways Mall. Like what card? So I duly proceed to the mall only to be told that there is no card ready for me. What card people? Who? What? Why? Can anyone tell me? My credit card only expires end Aug - so what is this all about? But thanks for wasting my time none the less.
