I logged a complaint about Std Bank on 08/10 about an account that was handed over after being paid. My complaint was acknowledged and I was requested to submit POP which I did. This was confirmed as being received and I was advised that I would be advised. Days later - nothing. Weeks later - nothing. I phoned and left several messages - no response. I sent numerous mails - NO Response! I tried Resolution Dept - no response. I then tried the dept that deals with queries before it goes to Banking Ombud - NO RESPONSE!!! - what must I do to be assisted and get feedback? Its been a month?
