So I have a compliment and complaint.

Firstly - THANK you to Erica who took the time to actually assist me. She is excellent, and has great phone etiquete. Even though my query has not been resolved, she assisted me to the best of her ability. Very patient and helpful!

Secondly - I put in a secure message last week monday, for the monies to be released from my savings acc (7 working days). Called in last week, as I had no answer to my request. After 2 phone calls and a visit to the branch - NO HELP! Then I find out that SB did not action my request. Its a week later and I still don't have my money. Now I either have to put in another 7 day request, OR go to the branch with a valid reason that I need my money, and I will need to pay extra for having my money quicker. Why can't you help me out, and just give my money, as clearly you can see that I sent a request last week? Its not MY fault that nobody dealt with my request!! Please Standard Bank, do something!
