Discovery Insure
Premiun taken - but can't utilise facility

A month ago I signed up for Discover Insure and I am paying a premiun for the BP fuel back benefit - I have not recieved the card - but Discovery have no problem in dbiting my account with teh premiun. No follow up service to see why I have not utilised this bebefit. And they can't tell me which address that they sent it too and why t has not reached me yet.
