Not canceling of contract

I've signed an agreement with this firm (Ryan) in Jeffreys Bay on 16 Jan 13, but about 30 minutes later, decided to cancel same. I've called Ryan and he confirmed that the contract will be canceled. On 20 Jan 13, the amount of R 8000-00 was deducted from my credit card account. A Kathy called me form CE on 21 Jan 13 which confirmed the money will be paid back later that day. No feedback has been received since then and all efforts from our side to contact the company came to nothing. I did speak to Byron. He told me that he was at that stage in Johannesburg and that Ryan will get in touch with me. To no avail until now
