Will not give my R15000 back after I cancelled

Global Equities took my money out of my credit card of R15000 after in cancelled via phone call, SMS and email. They now will not return it. I have not used, taken any of their software or training. I feel this is a. Ryan Venter has promised to return the money but still nothing. This all started 18th March, I cancelled / reversed the payment with Standard Bank on the 22nd March but the money went out my account permanently 2 days later. I have reference numbers for Standard Bank calls. Ryan Venter cell 0845508018.
