I had a car accindent on the 24 March 2013, logged a claim on the 25 March 2013, had no resaponse on my claim till i called to find out on the 19 May 2013, was told by Nasika that she is still awaiting assessor's response she will come back to me, she never did! till i again called on the 29 May to find out about my claim she again promised to come back to me which she did and the response was that the assesor has sent the report but she doesn't know to which e-mail address as she doesn't have it but should have it within an hour only then she will be able to finalise my claim... to date she has'nt come back to me. am very frustrated as i have no car as the courtesy car was returned on the 24 May no response or even update on my claim its been more than a month since the car car was being assesed. HIGHLY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!
