I don't know who to talk to anymore I had a car accident 11/05/ 2013, put through a claim with virgin insurance through Nicolene who was very helpful and professional, after the claim got approved I was then allocated a consultant Tebogo who till this day has never called me to tell me anything about my car and the progress of it being fixed! I had to call him a few times to find out! Eventually I moved on to manangement (Daphney) who promised to get information for me by the end of business day on the 23/06/2013 but till today she has not told me anything. I have called her literally 15 times in a space of yesterday and today left her messages but I still have not heard from her. I then tried to call the panel beaters who told me they have ordered a part two weeks ago and they don't know when it's coming. Maybe I am missing something here but I don't think this how things should run at least there should be some time frame to these things and at least my insurance should be somewhere in this picture, trying to help me out! No communication at all! That can't be right! Correct me if I m wrong
