On my MFC Account

I am still awaiting details on why there is life insurance being deducted from my account and Regent cancelled over 2yrs ago with this account without my knowledge or notification to myself. I now have Breast Cancer and this should be fully paid up. There is no outstanding payment as according to MFC. There was a recon or something done on the account in May (without my knowledge again) and suddenly I go from being ahead in payments to behind? How is this possible? No one can fully explain this to me. All I get is attitude. I need MFC to clear this account as this is a dreaded disease and stop creating additional stress! Email me for account details.
