FNB - WHO CARES WHILE THEY TAKE ALL DAY TO DO IT

Went in to FNB yesterday to open an account for my child! walked in at 14;45 and walked out at 16:05

Only 2 consultants were on duty. in the past when i have complained or told the person in charge that i am going to go onto hellopeter, i was told that it did not matter as she would end up getting the complaint anyway!!!

I really am considering my whole family's account as the service at the branch is poor in general. while i was there another lady closed her account because of an ebucks problem. no one cares. they sit and watch you while you wait but do nothing about the situation. that is why they have chairs there now. you can wait while thewy take their time. i asked andries to pujt my daughters name as a reference on my beneficiary list and he put her type of account as my reference. WHO CARES at FNB.
