THE WORST BANK EVER

I have been with Standard Bank for the past 16 years, now never had such bad Service I had. My account went into last week friday 22/11/2013 and non of the investigators could explain to me what happened. I tried to phone department (011-2274905) and stood on the phone for 1hour 45min and the only thing they did was to just give me the reference number that I had. Today 28/11/2013 I went to Midrand City branch to get help from the manager of which he said he was too busy to attend my querry but rather send me to a consultant who was very helpful but limited. The manager told me that i have to wait for another 10-15 days which is 25days. I asked to activate cellphone banking, i was put on the phone from 9:30 till 1:30, consultant on the phone couldn't help me. I ones phoned multichoice to make a debit on my account but they told me that my account number is on somebody else' name and the bank failed to resolve that. I walked out of the bank crying leading to capitec to find out if they can help me, i was greeted by consultant who was smiling and helped me to open account. I cant wait for me and my family to move to another bank that will protect My salary.
