I switched to FNB in October 2012. I have since then submitted the salary switching form to them on numerous occasions as they said they would switch my salary to my new FNB account. Some would think it would be easier for me to do it myself, but the company I work for requires the bank to do it for audit purposes. I have been struggling for 5 months now and still nothing, I even phoned FNB for assistance and still they have not gotten back to me, they don't even give you a reference number when you phone. So when you phone back again, you land up speaking to a different person, explaining the whole thing all over again and back to square 1. I am highly disappointed in FNB's service and empty promises. Maybe I should just close my account and open a new one at another bank, A bank who cares about their customers. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE from a bank like FNB. Terrible Terrible service!!!
