I call in to query a request initially made on the 28 th I received notification today only that they would contact if anything else is needed, get through to a lady Rethabile who states it was actioned today she will send mail for them to authorise I advise I was toldthat last week already may I speak to manager please. She says okaythen goes dead I would like to think I was on mutebecause had I been on hold I wouldhave heard hold music I stay on line for over 12 minutes and then hear a split seond of hold music then back to thedeadness im not quite sure if she was hoping I was going to drop the line which eventually I did but I wouldhav appreciated being told whats happening instead of her just going dead my query is still not resolved and I feel that this should have played out In another manne
