THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED!!

FIRST THE SWITCHBOARD LADY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AFRIKAANS, WHEN I ASKED HER THE E-MAIL ADDRESS, SHE TOLD ME TO HOLD ON. I LISTENED TO MUSIC FOR ALMOST 2 MINUTES, AND THEN THE LINE WENT DEAD. TRIED AGAIN, THE LADY ANSWERED, WAS OBVIOUS BUSY ON HER CELL WITH A PRIVATE CALL, ABOUT HER LANDLORD BEING IN DURBAN, AND JUST PUT THE PHONE DOWN. THIRD TIME I'VE TRIED, I SUPPOSE THEY REGONISE THE NUMBER, AND I HAD TO LISTEN TO MUSIC, AND THE WHOLE SCENARIO AGAIN!!!
PLEASE TRAIN YOUR SWITCHBOARD PERSONEL HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS!!!
I WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY, BECAUSE IF THIS IS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU ARE OPERATING, ...GOOD BYE AIG!!! MY POLICY NUMBER IS: 262795 - E VAN ASWEGEN., AND TELEPHONE NUMBER 0823255700. PLEASE LET SOMEBODY CALL ME THAT CAN SPEAK AFRIKAANS!
