Device Approved but no order sended to Courie

I phoned the first time about a week ago to find out if my device order is approved.
All consultants told me that it has been approved but not send to the courier for some unexplained reason. All promised it will be on the list the next morning to Digital
Planet but nothing has been done yet.

Sardine this morning was the worse, she is totally confused and it took a long time to speak to her and once again she promised it will be sorted out.

Please let me know what's going on here.
