The phone just cuts off!! Absolutely pathetic

I have been trying to get my settlement for appliances bought at HiFi Corporation. I tried to contact them but every time the line just get cut while I am still waiting. About three months ago I had to write a mail in order to get help... which was provided by the way only 4 days later.
