Demanding Payment but NO books received since JAN

I've had numerous issues with Jacklin's customer service and accounts dept since I joined, I make payments each month I receive a statement and a proof of payment gets emailed to them via internet banking and i still get letters stating i didnt pay, I've had to email them proof of payment again and again and again for them to allocate the payment and tell me i still owe them money, i'm trying to understand how they work cause im not sure what happens with my pop's that gets emailed to them. I've since requested them to cancel my account as the last set of books i received were in Jan (i've made two payments in Jan) a payment in Feb and another in April and have received no books at all. I've spoken to numerous agents about this and each time I've had to resent pop and no one bothers to get back to you, its taken Flora two days since my conversation with her on the phone to get back to me only to tell me I owe them more money for books I never received and she supposidly attached my statement (which was not a statement) to her reply. This is after i've cancelled my account and ask them to refund my money I paid after Jan which they saying they dont owe me? I Fail to understand this
