3months claim

I reported my cib on hello peter on the 26th of October up to this date nothing has happened I even went to their website and logged a complain for lack of feedback both from management 'n consultants, Ruan sent me claim forms on the 4th of which I filled and sent back the same day 'n up to this date I don't have feedback from them I keep sending follow up e-mail to find out how far are they no response. I don't know if I' am not being taken seriously because its now close to 3 months since this claim is goin on.
