Poor and misleading claim outcome

I submitted my claim on 19 October 2013. All fine, info given, photo's sent. I was forced to cancel another policy, not even comprehensive, in order to claim for the damages on my vehicle. Phoning up and down, Miway even arranged an conference call to the other company, where they informed Miway that I haven't submitted a claim with them. All then confirmed and I needed to sign a letter, to get the amount paid into my bank account in order to repair at own risk. Last week Tuesday morning, I was informed that payment is being done as we speak and they would just confirm my banking details, which I did. Confirmation of payment straight away, within 2-3 days reflecting in my account. Then all of a sudden a payment is missing from the bank. I had a call to reinstate the policy immediately again, and was assured that I was covered as we spoke. Now all these issues, after doing all asked from me, canceling another policy, after being a client for more than 3 years. This is totally unprofessional and unexceptable.
