I Can see Clearly Now

This is a real life story, my hubby had a really bad chest infection. We had been travelling from Durban from a hectic week with kids! You know it goes.. well back to the story. We stopped over in Witbank fohe night and he had a coughing attack in the bathroom of the hotel. In his need to get over it he bent over and wham! his glasses fell on the floor. He shouts to me! My glasses broke! Panic, I know he can't see and that means he won't be able to see ME either!! Yes the whole lens shattered, the frame bent.

So off I go to King Price, My Insurer. I thought oh well they probably have the rep of the purple and green and will find a reason not to pay this one. What a surprise. The Claims Consultant, Tougheeda Brown, without over promising did understand the predicament and really did go the extra mile. I have just received the email to say the claim is settled without even having to follow it up.

I am really impressed, coming from a financial background myself and understanding how difficult it is to keep clients happy when you don't even know what constitutes their happiness is, is a tough call. So I hope Toughheeda and King Price get the recognition they justly deserve
