New meaning to the word "claims"

I recently submitted a claim for my cellphone that was. Spoke to Tougheeda Brown 09H00am this morning. Within an HOUR my claim was approved and settled. I've never come across such amazing and efficient service in my ENTIRE life. Once again i would like to commend Tougheeda and King Price, not to mention the claims department for making this process exceptionally smooth.
