Good day

I've applied for debt councelilng and was done 7/11/13. I need to know why my account 4043070381260000 as for an amount of r2311.54 was debited from my new account as instructed by the debt counceller to be opened.
I didn't authorize this debit. Kindly reverse the payment today.
