Please can you assist me, I applied for a cheque account in October with FNB, the special if you open a new account you can apply for tablet/smartphone, i was declined because of my credit history.(i had to sequestrate because of a debt counceller not paying our creditors) anyway i was told that i could try again in the next 3 months after my salary does get deposited int he FNB account. I called the call centre and was told that because that the discovery credit card still reflects on my profile, the letter from the debt counceller and myself was emailed to fnb, plse can you someone assist me as i was told that i must go to a branch for help and do not have time at work to go to a branch, .The reason i wanted the tablet was for work purpose.
