Settlement paid, but bank later says its incorrect

8 Nov-13, went to Standard Bank Sandton city to request settlement amount for my credit card & revolving loan.
The lady with user ID No. A181861 gave the settlement amounts and transferred me to a black lady don't have her name to assist me further as I requested the bank to reduce the money to for both to R38000 as at the time had 38000, but she could reduce the money. She than advise me to pay one in full and close it and the other will be paid in full on the next debit order.
As i got to work I did EFT to the credit to the value of R19366.77 as per the print out I was give by user A181861 Ms Moodley. I called the card division as per the black lady advise and got through Charles who transferred me to the authorisation dept so that my payment can reflect same time in order to close the card, payment was authorised by Bhekie. But when than later when I call again to close the card the other lady told me that they cant cause I havent included interest put me thru to Lucy and Santon City the manger of Ms Moodley, she was rude to me and told me that either way I have to pay the interest even though Ms Moodley gave me the incorrect amount. I wont pay the interest as its not my fault.
