I have send a secure message to springs branch on the 3rd, the 5th and 8th of October regarding the fees debited from my account due to no fault of mine and to date i have received no response, although i got confirmations that my messages were delivered. I then decided to send my complaint to the branch manager by the name of Nico Smit and still no response. one can actually wonder if that branch still exists or people there are still alive because a silent treatment can only mean one or two things. STANDARD BANK SPRINGS BRANCH SERVICE IS SHOCKING, I MEAN AFTER BEING THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER TEN YRS AND THIS WHAT I'M GETTING??? AND DUE TO THIS I'M BUSY MOVING ALL MY BANKING TO ABSA INCLUDING MY HOME LOAN
