They are who dont care!!! Dont bank with SB

I opened my first bank account with standard bank more than 18 years ago. Since then i have added 2 business accounts and had a investment portfolio with Stanlib.
But after a slew of poor service// incidents I have been with-drawing all my patronage.

i opened a hello peter account for the sole purpose of this complaint.

lets start with my personal Standard bank account:

1stly - over the last few years i have been called numerous times i need to upgrade the type of account i was using as i was no longer a student. I had tried at least 4 TIMES to do this with absolutely no success.

2ndly - in june of this year i woke up to ALL of my funds being withdrawn from my account in the middle of the night.!! by someone who could obviously get through all of the supposed "security" easily.

3rdly - after the last incident and not getting ANY reply as to how someone could clean out my account. i stopped using the account completely. until today when i logged on to internet banking and see an overdrawn account with hundreds of rands in fees for supposed service! NOBODY had once notified me of the O.D.!

i wish i had more space to continue a very long list of problems!
