Disgusting service and attitude

I previously complained about the bad service at this store and has nothing improved. After my last experience I did not return to that store as it only frustrates me but was I in a hurry on Friday and left with no choice. The store was quite busy Friday aftertoon and were the minim tills manned, I requested a staff member to call the manager who then told me that the manager was on the other side of the store and that I could go speak to him there, very unprofessional!!! When the manager, Collins arrived, he did not care to address the issue but immediately got involved in a discussion with one of the cashiers. I took up the fact that the ques were very long and that no enough tills were manned only to be told that they will get to me. The ques were long due to the cashiers not knowing how to work the system, as the 2 operating the tills, had queries and waiting for help, they should really consider training the staff better. After my brush with Collins, another client got upset and was she just brushed off, no attempt was made to address her issue at all. The staff at this store are ALWAYS rude and unprofessional and do they not know what client service is!!!
