I was at the branch to pick up my replacement Cheque, Credit & Garage Cards which I reported all. I queued for at least an hour at enquiries & only got 2 cards. I was told when I asked fo replacements I didnt tell them to also replace the garage card! realy! I'm very angry: 1.In these days of service excellence why I had to queu for so long, an hour is very very long & standing for an hour very painful - I felt dizzy. 2. Ive been without use of my much needed cards for 2 weeks waiting for all 3 replacement & I get accused of not ordering the other instead of geting an apology. 3. Worst of all; a man consulting on my left after also queuing for 1 hour, was sent back home because the landlord scratched on the form. This man must now make a 3rd trip, spend more money and queue once more just so he can open an account with you. This areally offended me. Why was there no one checking if people are in the right queue or can be helped before standing so long. Its heartless & uncaring. For nealy 30yrs, I never looked at other banks no matter what they offered (eg. eBuck, fuel reward, etc) Ive been loyal and always stayed with Std bank but last Saturday, they lost me.
