I received a letter that I can apply for a loan, so I called to find out how does it work, well I was the lucky winner to talk to Boineelo (date 09/11/2013 time 09:30) first she ask me my names so I gave it to her, and then its the normal, how to spell...( I don't understand how they want to put someone on call center if the person can't hear or spell) so after that was done, I explained that I took a business over and I don't have a pay slip, so how does it work then? 1st she can't understand, why I don't have a pay slip, and keep asking I must give one, so a person that is a loan specialist must surely understand and be able to assist you what the following steps will be in this matter! After explains 300 times she still don't understand and when I ask to speak to a manager, their is no manager on duty, that should explain the poor service, and why the people can't assist in different situations!
