FNB ignors fraudelent activities

We received proof of payment from the Commonwealth Bank in Australia for an amount of R2620 and FNB only credited us with R2520. When we queried this they sent us an email just with a link to their disclaimers policy. We then replied that this was and it was in their own interest to investigate - they again just sent the link. We then responded by threatening to go to various government bodies and the media and again all they sent was the link. It's not the money that is the problem it is that there are activities within FNB bank! No wonder they show a 27% net profit..
