I am devastated by the decorum of this company! I have made payment arrangements with your Credit Car department to pay and amount of R400 on the first of every month. However (what a surprise) i got an EXTRA R 1000 taken off on the 5th of this month, without me agreeing to it, or even being informed! When i phoned the call centre, and got passed from pillar to post, in total spending 45 minutes on the phone, and talking to 12 different consultant, i spoke to some colorful people. one that was particularly honest told me, if we see money in your account, we can take it if we want it. (This is before i managed to pay my rent, etc) I cannot understand WHY on earth you would need to take the Extra money from me when i made an arangement with your legal department, and arrangement which i never defaulted on. And ironically, this is ALL due to your stuff ups in the first place. You originally stopped my original stop order to pay my credit card off, and NOT ONE SINGLE person could explain to me why this was done. Then, After i had been to 2 of your branches NUMEROUS times to change my cell number on your system, you STILL managed to get it wrong, and obviously couldnt call me.
