Money deducted from my account - FNB is a joke!

I currently have two loan accounts and a credit card account that was handed over to the debt collectors, due to one of my previous work places that did not pay me so i went into bad debt.

I in January made a payment agreement with the debt collector that FNB uses, to pay R400 on each of my loans and R350 on my credit card. To my surprise yesterday morning the amount of R3195 was deducted from my account twice, my account is now -R86. I phoned FNB and they could not help me and said I must phone the debt collector and then they said they did not authorize the two payments and that it was on FNB part.

I phoned FNB and they told me then again it was not FNB, but then the "useless" person helping me, said to me that FNB has a right to if there's extra money in your account to take from it and pay it towards your loans and credit cards.

That was not extra money, that was my money for petrol, food and to live in the month. Now I have nothing, I cant buy food and cant pay for petrol, SO TELL ME HOW THE FCK MUST I GET TO WORK??

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I will move to another bank and you will never get money from me again. sort you out!
