MFC not supplying original Natis document

My insurer and I I've been on the phone with MFC from 20 June requesting the original Natis document so that my insurer can pay out to settle my car. This is now almost 3 WEEKS LATER and all they say is it is with the licensing department. Why only now has it reached the licensing department? on 22 July am I due to pay my next installment for my car which I wrote off on 9 June and I must say MFC has not helped my matter one bit!!! I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP!!! EVEN MY INSURERS HAS INSULTED MFC!!! Ask yourselves the question, if MFC were good enough why did I get involved in trying to get the Natis document for my insurers?
