Last year this time I made a complain and by faith and trust. I received 3 SMS confirming payment done by insurance. The little I know and no one communicated anything with me. I took it as resolved. I spoke to quick received a call demanding payments. Why was I sending all those documents to consumer and to some account department. Now no one can explain but I get called by so many individuals telling me about payment. Is there a head office to personal submit and speak to some one or I will have to get credit ambusman to assist as this is not getting any where, last I spoke to Suzan who was conviencing to truly get to the bottom of it and call me within 24 hours. For 4years and still not getting any joy. What should one do in other to get proper and a best person qualified and understand what needs to happen and willing to give feedback. It's so frustrating to be repeating your self to their call centre agents cause they do not even update their system for the next person to go back an review th last call what aw updated. It's really annoying to a point I stopped caring if the blacklist or list m cause they hardly know what they are doing.
