No payments reflecting

I have a V.I.P, rcs clothing account recently discovered that payment I have been making at some its Frasers, guess Aldo, Adidas, have not been reflecting on my account, my account is up to date, my current outstanding balance is at 3095.67, which is incorrect. Been to the stores they say tha the there is nothing the can do, called the call centre just been given the round around :-( wanted to go to head office but it is only in Cape Town and I live in pretoria. Just want to close this account as soon as possible.
