Ebucks
10 months and still no EBucks card

I opened a FNB cheque account end of last year. to this day I have been earning ebucks but I can not use it on the fnb website nor can I purchase with it due to no card sent to me. I have complained about this before, but I still have not received a ebucks card from you!
This is unacceptable!!!
