I reported my Credit Card lost 2 weeks ago.
I went into the Waterfront branch. They put me in touch with the Card Division. I stopped my credit card and applied for a new card. It takes 4 to 5 working days. Today, it was two weeks ago.
Try and phone them! I was on hold for half an hour.

Most expensive bank, as well as most ridicules bank in South Africa
