BAD MANAGEMENT

I have visited this Satellite Branch at, Bryanston Shopping Centre, several times and received excellent service from one poor person by the name of Belinda Van Rensburg.By POOR I mean this Lady spends most of her time helping untrained staff whilst trying to service the customer sitting in front of her.
What is even worse is that when she is interrupted by another staff member they don't even have the decency to say excuse me for the interruption. I must also mention that in all my dealings I have never seen any, so called, senior managers, they are never there or come in later than10am as I have heard told.
This Satellite is also situated at the top of the shopping centre which doesn't give it mileage or very easy access, very short sighted considering the affluence of the area.
PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF IF BELINDA WASN'T THERE ON OCCASIONS I WONDER WHAT SHAMBLES WOULD ENSUE?
