Incompetent Service - Desperate Client

I have had a vehicle insured with AIU since 2011, said vehicle was on September 19th. was reported September 20th.

Final document was handed over to the insurance investigator on Monday 28th October 2013.

After receiving a call & being promised that i would receive my letter of loss on Thursday 31st Oct, I followed up on Mon 4th Nov having heard nothing. Only to be told that they are looking for replacement vehicle for me (NEVER REQUESTED/DISCUSSED) and that they are STILL waiting for bank statements.

I find the lack of competence and communication frustrating.

I just want to be paid out, so I can continue without the unnecessary stress AIU is causing me.

Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED as a broker.
