LOGGED CALL ON 29/10/2013. MATTER NOT RESOLVED YET.
5 FOLLOW-UP CALLS TO NEDBANK (VIA THE CURRENT ACCOUNT CALL CENTRE, AS INTERNET BANKING NOT AN OPTION TO CHOOSE FROM WHEN CALLING IN ON 0860555111), 1 EMAIL VIA THE INTERNET, 2 COMPLAINT EMAILS SENT VIA THE INTERNET.
DESPITE ALL THE FOLLOWS AND BEING TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL BACK, NO FEEBACK, VIA PHONE OR EMAIL ABOUT RESOLVING THE MATTER. ITS JUST OVER A WEEK NOW, AND WHEN I LAST CALLED IN ON 05/11, I WAS TOLD THAT IT NOW TAKES 7 DAYS, AND NOT 3 WORKING DAYS, YET THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED BEFORE. VERY BAD SERVICE!
